Rehabilitation therapy

Structured, long-horizon recovery programmes for complex or persistent conditions, coordinated across our physical and mental health teams.

Some recoveries do not follow a straight line. Rehabilitation therapy is for those — conditions that are complex, long-running, or that touch physical and psychological health at the same time.

How treatment works

You work with a lead therapist who holds the whole picture, drawing in colleagues from across the clinic as your needs require. Because our therapists consult with one another regularly, you do not have to repeat your story or reconcile conflicting advice.

What you can expect

Programmes are planned in phases with milestones agreed in advance, so progress stays visible even when it is slow. Plans are formally reviewed at the end of each phase and adjusted with you.

Questions? You need answer

It suits people recovering from significant injury or surgery, managing a long-term condition, or dealing with difficulties that span both physical and mental health and need coordinated care.

Length varies with the condition and your goals. Programmes are planned in phases, and your lead therapist will give you a realistic horizon for each phase rather than a single fixed end date.

You keep the same lead therapist for continuity. Other specialists join for specific parts of the programme, and your lead therapist coordinates between them.
